Welcome to PCSGame. These services are provided by pcsgame.com and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "PCSGame").

3. User Generated Content (UGC)
The Service may contain player-generated content (e.g., comments, images, text). PCSGame is not actively involved in its creation and is not responsible for its legality or accuracy.

By submitting content, you grant PCSGame a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, or adapt that content in any media.

No Right to Refund: Once a payment is made for a Paid Service, there is generally no right to a refund.

Unused Paid Services will not be compensated if an account is deleted due to 180 days of inactivity or if we cease providing the relevant content.

7. Proprietary Rights
The Service includes content, marks, software, and designs belonging to PCSGame and its partners, including GameDistribution.com.

All Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Trademarks and designs may not be used without express written permission.
